Epicatechin belongs to the group of micronutrients thought to provide health benefits by preventing or alleviating CVD. Shown to improve capillary density therefore improving oxygen delivery. Epicatechin is absorbed from the intestine as well as bio-available and bioactive in humans.

When to take: empty stomach and before workouts 100-200mg
